On May 21, 2014 PT. Benteng Tunggal cooperates and appoints PT. Menara Manna Mulia as a Consultant company to carry out Work as a Property Management Services for Ritzgate Warehousing Complex located in Gedangan, Bohar, Taman, Sidoarjo. The scope of work provided includes:
1.  Helping planning / making Tenancy Management Operational Procedure Standards
2.  Collection of Environmental Management Contributions for the current month or in arrears
3. Personal planning and public relations development and promotion programs
4. Planning of house keeping, security & safety, and parking
5. Making the operational budget stage
6. Planning selection and appointment of contractors
7. Making regulations and rules, operations and activities Full operation of property
8. Hold good relations with contractors, lawyers, auditors, government and others
9. Compile and review organizational structure and personnel
10. Document and record administration
11. Perform maintenance with the engineering team and expert contractors
12. Ensuring environmental security, parking management, maintaining cleanliness and garbage disposal, garden maintenance and public facilities, pest control, energy management, financial control and supervision as well as human resource management
