On July 28, 2017 PT. Menara Manna Mulia collaborates with the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry of East Java Province to carry out work as a Property Management Service at the Kadina Institute Foundation Building located at the East Java Kadin Building Complex Jl. Raya Darmo Golf No. 1, Graha Family, Pradah Kalikendal, Surabaya. The forms and scope of cooperation include:

1. Carry out management and ensure that the entire Kadina Institute Foundation Building is managed and maintained according to expertise
2. Plan and create a marketing concept so that the target of increasing room rental can be met through organizing a virtual office, co-working community, and food & beverage partners
3. Carry out activities as coordinators and organizers of events in the classroom and auditorium for various activities related to training, seminars, exhibition rentals, weddings, recruitment tests, etc.
4. Coordinating the organization to help ideas to get income from renting space, area, and land
5. Managing the Kadina Institute Foundation Building facilities
6. Conducting venue / ballroom management
7. Undertake asset management efforts in obtaining other income through several types of activities (placement of bank ATM machines, installation of neon signs, installation of signal boosters, development of new business units, etc.)
8. Compile the job description on all lines of the organizational structure
9. Document and record administration
10. Conduct maintenance with expert engineering teams and contractors
11. Ensure environmental security, parking management, maintain cleanliness and waste disposal, care for parks and public facilities, control pests, manage energy, control and monitor finance and manage human resources
