Menara Manna Mulia as a Property Management Consultant Company for Work as Property Management Services in creating a safe, comfortable, orderly, clean and healthy environment since September 30, 2015. The scope of work provided includes:

1. Assist in planning / making Tenancy Management Operational Procedure Standards
2. Collection of Environmental Management Contributions for the current month or in arrears
3. Personnel planning and public relations development and promotion programs
4. Planning of house keeping, security & safety, and parking
5. Establishment of an operational budget phase
6. Planning selection and appointment of contractors
7. Establishment of rules and regulations, operations and activities
8. Full operation of property
9. Hold relationships with contractors, lawyers, auditors, government and others
10. Compile and review organizational structure and personnel • Document and record administration
11. Perform maintenance with the engineering team and expert contractors
12. Ensure environmental security, parking management, maintain cleanliness and waste disposal, care for parks and public facilities, control pests, manage energy, control and monitor finance and manage human resources
