The concept with the main goal of developing the potential of Human Resources is carried out in synergy and becomes an inseparable entity, beginning with the implementation of correct and appropriate recruitment, and followed by several potential human resource development programs, including Soft Skill Training, Hard Skill Training, Seminar, Workshop, Professional Certification.

We have steps in achieving these goals through the form of induction and socialization of the organization, namely through the form of proof of generalizing one’s income and learning habits of life, values, and social norms. Which is then applied through training programs, development and education of technical skills covering conceptual, theoretical, methods to execution that are in accordance with the needs of the work which also includes efforts to improve performance, broaden horizons, change attitudes or improve skills that are expected to make human resources tough.
