One of the Bank Indonesia Heritage Buildings with a location on Jl. Mayangkara Park No. 6 Surabaya is a Bank Indonesia Library Building which until now still functions as a Bank Indonesia Library Building and as one of the tourist destinations in Surabaya. On May 5, 2015 the Bank Indonesia East Java Province Representative Office appointed PT. Menara Manna Mulia as a Consultant for Bank Indonesia Library Building Management, with details of work: 

1. Carry out operations, routine maintenance of Building equipment
2. Carry out maintenance of the architecture / interior of the building
3. Carry out leasing arrangements
4. Provide administrative reports
5. Ensure Building security from threats
6. Make proposed changes related to Building facilities
7. Carry out promotions and carry out events / activities
8. Conduct surveys and data collection on visitor satisfaction regularly
