Menara Manna Mulia as a Property Management Consultant Company for Implementing Work as a Diamond Park Residence Housing Property Management Service since August 6, 2018. The scope of work provided includes:

1. Conduct and make Handover Minutes of house units that have been completed to the user / owner
2. Collection of Environmental Management Contributions, whether in progress or in arrears
3. Helping planning / making Tenancy Management Operational Procedure Standards
4. Personal planning and public relations development and promotion programs Planning of house keeping, security & safety, and parking
5. Making the operational budget stage Planning selection and appointment of contractors
6. Making regulations and rules, operations and activities
7. Full operation of property
8. Hold good relations with contractors, lawyers, auditors, government and others
9. Compile and review organizational structure and personnel
10. Document and record administration
11. Perform maintenance with the engineering team and expert contractors
12. Ensuring environmental security, parking management, maintaining cleanliness and garbage disposal, garden maintenance and public facilities, pest control, energy management, financial control and supervision as well as human resource management
